Grid Texture Drawer (Experimental)
Grid Texture Drawer is a grid based tool for Blender Texure Editor. You can draw Lines, Rectangles, and Polygons on texture map directly.
Start the tool inside Texture Editor, draw the shapes, then press Q key to save changes and exit.
Using this tool, you can draw lines and sci-fi style greebles directly in blender.
The Grid Plane is snapping so it is easy to draw things with good alignment.
You can Ctrl + Click on the polygon edges in UV viewport, it will align the grid plane to that edge.
Blender has Texture Editor and basic line drawing brush, but it has limited functionalities and no grid snapping.
This tool adds additional drawing abilities to Blender Texture Editor.
